1. Can I exchange or return the glasses if I don't like them?

Of course! You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt – provided the glasses are unworn, in mint condition and complete with all accessories.

2. Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

If you wish to exchange the item for personal reasons (e.g., a different model or color), we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs for one direction.
However, should the goods be damaged or delivered incorrectly, Viet Eyewear will of course cover all shipping costs.

3. What happens if the product is damaged upon receipt?

Please contact us immediately via message or email and send us a photo or video of the item.
We will immediately send you a new item or refund 100% of the purchase price, including shipping costs – you don't have to worry about a thing.

4. Can I exchange the glasses if I have already tried them on?

Yes, as long as it shows no signs of use (e.g., no scratches, no adjustments, no mounted lenses), you can exchange it within 14 days.
We understand that you might want to try on glasses first to see if they fit.

5. Can I exchange the model or would I prefer a refund?

Both are possible! You can choose an exchange (provided the desired model is available) or receive a refund. Viet Eyewear always strives to remain flexible to ensure your satisfaction.

6. How long will it take until I receive the new item or my refund?

Once we have received the returned item, it will be processed within 1-2 working days:

• In case of an exchange: The new item will be shipped immediately.

• For refunds: The money will be credited to you within 3-5 working days.

7. What should I keep when returning the item (case, invoice, accessories…)?

Please keep everything complete – case, cleaning cloth, bag, accessories and thank you card – exactly as you received it.
This helps us to process the return quickly and professionally.

8. Is it possible to exchange the money directly in Berlin?

Yes! If you live in Berlin, we can carry out the exchange in person by appointment.
If you would prefer to return the goods, you can simply send them to the Viet Eyewear warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How can I track my order?

If you live in Berlin, we will deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days.
For other cities in Germany, we ship via DHL.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package here:

2. How long does delivery take?

• In Berlin:

  • For cash payments: Delivery in 1–3 working days .

  • For PayPal payments: Delivery in 2–4 working days .

• In other German cities:
  Delivery usually takes place within [timeframe] after payment has been received. 2–4 working days via DHL.

3. Can I also order from outside Germany?

Yes, of course.
We also deliver to other EU countries.
Delivery time is usually 4-7 working days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

4. Where is Viet Eyewear located? Is it shipped from Vietnam or Germany?

All products are in stock in Charlottenburg, Berlin.
You will therefore receive your order quickly, without long waiting times or customs delays from Vietnam.

5. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is completely free 💛
All you have to do is choose your favorite model – we'll take care of the rest.

6. Which shipping provider is used? Is there a tracking number?

We ship with DHL, the most reliable shipping partner in Germany.
Each order receives a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status at any time.

7. What happens if my package gets lost?
Don't worry – we'll handle the communication directly with DHL.
In any case, you will receive a replacement product or a full refund.

8. Can I arrange a delivery date or have it delivered to a parcel locker?
Yes, of course.
Simply enter your Packstation address and the recipient's name – we will deliver exactly where you want it.

9. Is express shipping available if I urgently need the glasses?
Yes, Viet Eyewear offers DHL Express – delivery takes place on the next working day.
The express fee is €20–30, depending on the region.
Simply write to us beforehand so we can prioritize your order.

Price & Payment

1. Is value added tax (VAT) included in the price?

All prices are final prices. In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

2. Is there a discount if I buy 2 or more pairs of glasses?

When you buy 2 or more pairs of glasses, you get an immediate 10% discount per order at Viet Eyewear.

3. Can I pay upon delivery (cash on delivery)?

DHL currently does not support cash on delivery in Germany.
But you can easily pay via PayPal – quickly, securely and easily.

4. Are there any fees for paying with PayPal?

No, not at all. Payment via PayPal is completely free, fast, and protects the interests of both parties.

5. Can I pay with a Vietnamese bank account?

Yes, that's possible. Since Viet Eyewear is a Vietnamese brand in Germany, we continue to support transfers from Vietnamese accounts if that's easier for you.

Product & Material

1. What material is the frame made of? Is it easily breakable?

The frame is made of high-quality, flexible acetate and rust-free metal, making it particularly stable and durable for everyday use.
Should your frame break or have a manufacturing defect within 6 months, Viet Eyewear will replace it free of charge with a new model.

2. Does the glasses contain lenses or is it just the frame?

The glasses come with clear lenses without a prescription – perfect for everyday wear, work or photos when you don't need corrective lenses.

3. Can I have prescription lenses fitted into this frame?

Yes, of course. Viet Eyewear does not currently offer its own service for prescription lenses in Germany, but is already working on a cooperation with local partners.
You can easily buy the frame from Viet Eyewear and then take it to an optician near you – this is often significantly cheaper, and you still keep an Asian-designed model that better suits your face shape.

4. Where in Germany can I have my lenses implanted?

You can simply take your Viet Eyewear frames to an optician of your choice.
Corrective lenses can easily be inserted there – a practical and cost-effective solution.

5. Does the socket rust or discolor over time?

Acetate frames do not discolor, and all metal parts are coated with a rust-resistant coating.
Should any color or material problems occur within the first 6 months, Viet Eyewear will replace the glasses free of charge on a 1:1 exchange.

6. Are there any real product images or videos?

All photos on our website and on Instagram @viet.eyewear show the actual products.
If you would like detailed photos or videos, we will gladly send them to you directly.

7. Does the frame suit Asian face shapes?

Yes, absolutely! All Viet Eyewear models are specially designed for Asian face shapes – they sit securely on the nose, do not slip, and accentuate facial features much better than many European models.

8. Can I choose a different color?

Of course! We'd be happy to send you the color catalog for each model.
Some colors are immediately available in Germany, while special colors may be delivered upon request (2–4 weeks). We will, of course, inform you in advance.

Eyeglass packaging and accessories

1. Do I receive a case and a cleaning cloth with the purchase?
What accessories are included in the delivery?

Yes, of course! When you buy glasses from Viet Eyewear, you receive a complete set consisting of: a glasses case, a microfiber cloth, a free leather glasses strap and a thank-you card.
We want you to have a wonderful experience right from the moment you unpack.

2. Is the packaging nice enough to use as a gift?

Absolutely! The packaging of Viet Eyewear is minimalist, elegant and stylish – it looks really high-quality.
Many of our customers even buy the glasses as a gift for their partners or friends – without any additional gift wrapping.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten cards?

Of course! If you want to make someone happy, simply send us the text or greetings you would like on the card.
We will lovingly wrap your gift and include a handwritten card free of charge.

4. Do you also sell individual accessories such as cases or eyeglass straps?

Yes, of course! Viet Eyewear also sells individual accessories such as cases, eyeglass straps or cleaning cloths – all matching the style of our glasses.

Eyeglass care

1. How do you clean and care for your glasses so that they last longer?

The glasses should be cleaned with the supplied microfiber cloth to avoid scratches on the lenses.
When the glasses are not in use, please keep them in the case to prevent shocks or pressure.
When cleaning with liquid, a cleaning agent specifically suitable for eyeglasses should be used to maintain the clarity and longevity of the lenses.

2. What to do if the screws are loose or the frame is crooked?

The screws can easily be tightened with a small screwdriver (for glasses or watches).
If the frame is crooked or loose due to a technical fault, you can simply send a video or photo — Viet Eyewear supports an exchange within 6 months according to the warranty conditions.

3. Can I take the glasses to a nearby optician to have them adjusted?

Yes, of course!
Opticians in Germany can adjust the frame, tighten screws, or replace lenses.

4. Should the glasses be cleaned with a paper tissue?

No, that should be avoided. Paper tissues or regular cloth towels can cause micro-scratches on the glass surface over time.
The best way to clean your lenses is with the microfiber cloth from Viet Eyewear — it was specially designed to remove dust and fingerprints without scratching or clouding the lenses.
