Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

Conditions for return

• The item is unused.

• In new condition

• No scratches or damage

• Complete accessories (case, cleaning cloth, extras)

Viet Eyewear reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Return shipping costs

• Return for personal reasons
  (Didn't like it, wrong color, wrong style…)
  → The customer bears the return shipping costs.

• Faulty or incorrect delivery
  Viet Eyewear covers all return shipping costs .

Defective goods upon receipt
